I think Brainiac would write better stories for CBUB than Bishop, because he has a higher intelligence, a more creative imagination, and a more competitive attitude. Bishop would write good stories too, but they might be less interesting, less original, and less persuasive than Brainiac’s.

Braniac wins this. He has the knowledge of umpteen number of civilizations. That's source material for some outstanding stories. Bishop's, I'd say, would be a little dry.

Bishop may arguably be more "human", but as mentioned, Brainiac has almost countless civilizations worth of knowledge to draw from. Brainiac's set-up would likely be more varied and possibly more interesting.
