Aren't Power Rangers superhuman? I'm assuming it's just the person, like with no Power Ranger-powers

I think Bruce Lee can do this. He should be able to stay away from the bear for a pretty long time. I don't know a ton about Izzy though

I know Power Rangers love their flips and stuff, so she could theoretically flip around the bear left and right while Bruce Lee will be stuck having to defend himself. I don't know how well flipping around works against a coked up bear, it could just make it angrier and have it focus you harder, but also maybe it's the right move. Giving it to the Ranger here.

I don't think I could find a single thing about Izzy's power level without power ranger powers.

As much as I love Bruce Lee, I would think anyone would agree any Power Ranger no matter the era can survive a bear, cocaine or not.

If they're morphed, yes, but that would put them above peak human.  Now, Izzy is a talented runner, I don't want to downplay her athletic ability, but y'know, Bruce Lee.  According to this, I think he even has her beat in her specialty: https://asianjournalusa.com/how-fast-could-bruce-lee-run-100m/

I mean, I think an unmorphed Izzy and Bruce Lee would both die going head-to-head with a coked-up grizzly. Lee may possibly be better at evading the bear, though, so he could take the opportunity to escape while the bear catches up to and feasts on Izzy.
