Fox is allowed to be himself and Task Master can only use Acme Products? Taskmaster has a hard enough time putting up with Deadpool let alone the Acme corporation.

Taskmaster would have to catch Fox without any reliably weaponry. Fox can be very cocky, and if he engaged in a fist fight he would almost certainly lose, but he's also very quick and pretty clever. I don't think it's a sweep, but Fox has a good shot

Same problem as Deadpool with King Julien, only Taskmaster doesn't have an infinite healing factor to pull his weight. Taskmaster gets incapacitated first day in fact.

If my friend Jeff bombarding me with melee tier discussion for the last 20 odd years, Fox is extremely deadly in hand to hand.

On his own, Taskmaster's ability to copy fighting styles pretty much on-the-fly might normally all but guarantee a win against Fox. The ACME products may hinder him on this one, though.

Let's not forget Fox himself is a one man army and armada destroying cyborg mercenary machine.

Right, and Taskmaster can legit copy the know-how to pull off Fox's moves. But as I mentioned, the fact that Taskmaster's using ACME gadgets is going to hinder him.

A lot of Fox's moves are going to be dependent on his cybernetics and technology. Taskie may be able to mimic the style but not the physical ability of it
