Just a reminder on roughly how Midnighter's battle computer works. Now imagine that working many thousands of times faster in Midnighter's head.

Given that, his skills and his physicals, Midnighter should just about stomp here.

I'd wager there's no one in either category who could stand to Midnighter, as he's simply too powerful, too fast and has an insane ability to basically negate anything anyone can do simply by looking at them. If there's even the slightest chance he could win (and there always will be cause it's a fight between individuals with similar strength), he will. After all, using this ability he regularly punches above his weight class. For that I'm going with him.

there are a few people  who can  although i would have brought logan  if i new people with regeneration on this level were allowed  he will be a tough out but i have seen some people who a case can be made for
