Bubbles could kill Lorre with a few punches, imo.

Well, Toons can't die, because toon-force.  He might get knocked down with stars spinning around his head.

Anyways, Dr. Lorre is a cartoon mad scientist.  Who knows what crazy voodoo he put in his boxing gloves.

Do I have to say anything here? It’s a little girl who can casually level city blocks vs a wrinkly old scientist in a boxing match. I feel this should be pretty self explanatory. But just to guard against any shenanigans please consider this; what sort of tricks can Lorre throw at her that Mojo Jojo hasn’t already tried?

Well Dr. Lorre is pretty creepy in a different sort of way, so its possible that his being the way he is could psyche Bubbles out in some ways. The man is a manifestation of much of the natural creepiness that Peter Lorre had in many of his horror roles throughout his career, so he is certainly terrifying to an extent.

His physical strength is actually fairly impressive as he broke a baseball bat into eight pieces with barely any effort, as seen here, but that is nothing on the level of strength that Bubbles naturally possesses so, in terms of that he can't compete.

He is fairly durable as he took several hits and wallops from Daffy Duck and managed to keep going in spite of that, but Bubbles would certainly push that durability to its highest levels, to say the least.

Dr. Lorre is pretty smart and pretty inventive with his toon force, as he managed to prepare his house, supposedly in the time Daffy arrived in, with trick stairs, trap doors, spring loaded axes, a portal to the side of a moving train and various hand/glove traps to capture prey at home, and developed a slapping machine that he used against Damian Drake, a Bond like secret agent, in Looney Tunes: Back in Action, both relatively impressive in the contexts of each of their cartoons/movie debuts.

Against Bubbles, a lot of this wouldn't help out, but Lorre is pretty intelligent in some ways, so it could be possible for him to create Antidote X and lace his gloves with it perhaps, arguably that would be a stretch. He could also try to psyche Bubbles out or scare her, as she does get scared fairly easily in some cases, and Peter Lorre can scare almost anyone when he appears, especially if he is acting like his characters, that is something else too. If he tries the latter route, Lorre could win by forcing Bubbles to tap out, or by attacking her with his science based gadgets while she is out of sorts, although she did conquer her sense of fear to some extent, int Boogie Man episode, so with that, it becomes more questionable.

Meh, it is what it is.
