I think the Hand have the experience in stealth and subterfuge to swipe the Saints' flag and bring it home, almost before they know it.

The Saints while not facing the hand before at least faced a gang similar to them, so if anything they could fight them off long enough for a distraction and let one of their members, wether it be one of their key members or just a jobber, get the flag before the Hand even notices anything.

Yeah, that'll surely work against a centuries-old criminal organization with members trained from a very young age in martial arts, stealth, espionage, etc. and regularly goes up against Marvel comics heroes and villains.
