Well, the big loser in this match is gonna be the battle terrain.

Honestly, I'm not sure what to make of this one, but if I recall Parallax (the entity - not whatever host it is possessing) has a thing about needing or wanting fear.

I don't know that Galactus has much fear of anything to provide.

Galactus at his most powerful should be stronger than Parallax. His fight with Odin threatened to destroy the Multiverse if memory serves, and Parallax as far as I know hasn't shown that level of power in any of his showings. I may be wrong about that because apparently Parallax is stronger than I remember him being, but Galactus seems to be the heavier hitter here. I feel like it would be a good fight either way though

Yet again, the same as with Larfleeze, if Galactus is anything but well fed he could lose this battle, but if he's at his most powerful he could definitely eat Parallax cause he's consistently shown to work on a superior layer of reality when compared to Parallax, who is confined to the physical world.

More times than not Galactus is hungry and not full, I would say Parallax could take him down. Though it would be a site to see.

It causes fear and paranoia in the person he is attacking, he could make Galactus' fear about starving to death grow into paranoia and self doubt. I mean he's been chased off by lesser beings before. And Parallax was able to defeat Specter without a host, so it is much more powerful than most will give it credit for.
