Ryoko's base is definitely stronger, but I think Magik had the Phoenix Force at one point, and that might be enough to tip the scales in her favor. I'll wait to vote for mroe discussion

I don't understand why we'd take the Phoenix Force into account, when we don't take Doom's various powerups/Thanos's various powers, and Magik arguably had the Phoenix Force for a less amount of time. Ryoko should win this.
