Parallax has the greater showings, if I'm being honest. Both have been compared to reach absolutely absurd powers (Parallax would've caused destruction on the level of Anti-Monitor, while Onslaught was tapping into the power of Franklin Richards), but only one of them really has shown the actual universal power needed to win this fight, and that's Parallax.

but if we go by zero hour this is just hal  with a big amp  he was powerful but it's the same energy he always uses just a whole lot more of it  which is electromagnetic  energy not a good match here and onslaught can absorb him

I think I'm liking Onslaught here due to the massive psychic abilities, reality warping, astral projection and possession.

Parallax has some similar kit, but I think Onslaught has more of it.

I think this is a question of who possesses who.  I don't see this coming down to physical blows.
