Sailor Moon is also universal through attacking an object that holds the universe together, if I recall correctly. She doesn't actually have the power to destroy a universe, but she came close to destroying the universe by attacking a vase or something of the like? If I recall correctly, Sailor Moon mostly takes place in a galaxy, and they treat galactic levels as a treat up until the very end.
