Sailor Moon gets incredibly powerful by the end of things. From what I can tell, Hyperion peaks at 4-B, but Sailor Moon is universal-tier, putting her well ahead

Sailor Moon can definitely win this either by talking to the guy or being powerful she is, you get the idea.

Sailor Moon is also universal through attacking an object that holds the universe together, if I recall correctly. She doesn't actually have the power to destroy a universe, but she came close to destroying the universe by attacking a vase or something of the like? If I recall correctly, Sailor Moon mostly takes place in a galaxy, and they treat galactic levels as a treat up until the very end.
