Nightcrawler could just teleport Spidey in front of a trap and be done with this fight quickly.

Nightcrawler has also fought and been a good match for the comics version of Spider-Man, who is much stronger than the Raimi version. NC takes this fight handily.

Not sure if this is so easily a stomp. Raimi Spider-Man still has spidey-sense, and is probably still stronger than Nightcrawler in close quarters. I assume that he could catch Nightcrawler and grapple with him. Both are pretty well-equipped to evade Deathworld. I would more say this is a pretty drawn out fight than anything. Not sure where I'm voting yet. 

 

EDIT: My knowledge of Nightcralwer is that he's relatively honorable as well, and doesn't usually abuse his teleportation powers. I don't think his first move would be to drop Spidey in front of a trap, if that's even easy to pull off in this fight.

Even with the spider sense, Raimi Spiderman is still relatively inexperienced where as this wouldn't be much different than a trip to the danger room for Nightcrawler. I think that gives him a big advantage.

Once again, I'm jumping into a Draft match-up discussion at almost the last moment ... 

Am I missing something? How exactly does Kurt stomp here?

Sure, Kurt's teleportation is formidable, he might be as agile as Pete, and he has more experience than Raimi's version of the character. Even Raimi's Spider-Man, though, is much stronger and durable than Kurt and likely has better reflexes, and his Spider-Sense would be a pretty good counter for Nightcrawler's 'porting. This version of Peter is also no slouch in experience himself, having fought a good array of super-powerful enemies in his three films.
