Hmm.

Megamind may be my weak link this time lol. I don't know if he has any microbiology feats, specifically. We know he can use biological engineering, what with giving Hal Metro Man's powers, and the fact that he could extract said powers from a single hair is undeniably impressive, but I don't know if he has any feats in this specific category

I mean granted, that might be a bit of help. We know for a fact that technically Brainiac 5 should be smarter if we scale him to literally everything else in the DC universe, but when it comes to his own feats, I can't recall him having any specific skill in microbiology.

So according to wikipedia, he didn't make Omega of his own accord, he used a Miracle Machine to do it.  This may be inaccurate or outdated, I honestly don't know the character very well, but it doesn't seem like something he did himself I think?
