Genius Challenge: Who wins the battle using only Parasychology skills

Parapsychology is the study of ESP, psychic phenomenon, ghosts, astral projection and whatnot.

Data will have all the facts about it at his disposal, however I don't know that he can harness any of that to defeat an opponent, being an android.

By the same token, being an android, he's fairly immune to attacks that would target a human brain - or a human at all.

That said, easily Data's weakest challenge area in the science field and, likely, one of the Timelord's stronger ones.

Sounds pretty close but I think for reasons above, the Doctor could take this. I mean, ghosts and such, not exactly her first rodeo.
