It seems like there are two Soap box racer challenges this round.  Random is random.

I understand that Ender is a super strategist / video game player.  I only have the movie to go by in knowing the character. 

If we count in Chloe's financial backing, that could go a long way towards having the better racer.  Without it, I don't know what skills she brings to the table here.

Looks like a toss-up to me right now.

I don’t know who Chloe is.

 

I would say that Ender is essentially a child genius who would absolutely take the time and have the smarts to construct a perfect soap box car. It seems he would have an advantage on that front.

Ender also has advanced pilot training. I didn't see the movie, but from the book I would think Ender has a distinct advantage.
