Can't say I remember Godzooky being anything special beyond being an annoying character (a la Scrappy Doo), but that shouldn't really be something that should immediately disqualify him from any one specific condition. Let's go over what he has going for him. He can fly, he can call upon Godzilla and he can sometimes breathe smoke. All these things are not "wow-inducing", unless you count Godzilla's appearance as one. Of course, that's not really a talent, that's merely Godzilla in all his awe standing in front of you that causes you to feel all giddy. Charlie Barkin on the other hand, as a dog, should naturally be a better pick for any one talent show. Not only is he a dog, he's a German Shepherd, one of the smartest dog races around, and his personality is suave in the movie if I recall correctly. Put him on the spot, he'd probably do something that's more eyecatching than something that's intellectually lesser.

I have seen episodes of the Godzilla cartoon in which Gadzooky appeared.  I do not recall the character having much 'Talent', per-se. 

I think Charlie may have the advantage in this challenge.
