Maybe Heat Miser can light a fire under his ass, both figuratively and literally.

Or maybe Eeyore is a sadist and would enjoy watching Heat Miser melt Frosty. I'm sure Pooh and friends have never tried sadism as a way to cheer up Eeyore.

It is possible that Heat Miser brings more to the table than we have thought.

The Wiki Page states that "Snow Miser, who controls the world's cold weather, and Heat Miser, who controls its warm weather."

So, the dude literally is responsible for the entire world's warm weather.  And when are people most cheerful?  In warm weather, preferably on white sand beaches with a Pina Colada in hand.

Look at how much happiness Heat Miser brings to the world!

Heat Miser really doesn't have the temperament to cheer anyone up directly, but the fact that he brings warm weather could count for something. 

Meanwhile, Frosty's natural cheerfulness could either eventually lift Eeyore's spirits or grate his nerves a bit. 

Personally, I'm leaning toward the guy with the more cheerful disposition, as Eeyore's Hundred Acre Woods friends are also a cheerful bunch and manage to cheer him up every once in a while.

I tried to search the Internet for what makes Eeyore happy and found this wiki.  It says:

"He also loves sad stories because they make him feel more appreciative of his life and what he has."

Hmmm... so he likes sad stories, then.

I think Heat Miser would like to tell the very sad tale of a Snowman who encountered some warm weather one day...
