Ugh, these match-ups make me wish that much more that I had seen any Disney film through since Pocahontas. Will have to play some catch-up soon. Ironically, if I were to catch with Disney films based on release order, The Hunchback of Notre Dame would be the next one up, since it came out right after Pocahontas.

Anyways, if the Frollo in the Disney film isn't that far removed from how he was in the book and previous films (and I'm willing to bet he's not), then he likely doesn't do magic. I think I'd give the edge to Ursula for this one.

Yeah Disney Frollo was probably the same, as book/film Frollo, in that he lacks any supernatural powers, but relies more on influence than anything else.

In that respect, he probably gets pummeled badly here by Tinker Belle.
