All I remember the Horned King doing is teleporting which could potentially be a game changer as he can easily just teleport in and out of McDuck's mansion. If they try a more direct approach, I feel like they'd both fall to the Duck.

I could see Maleficent putting the nephews under a curse and demanding a ransom from Scrooge to lift the curse.

The Horned King could teleport in and steal whatever he wanted, and just for good measure he could send a bunch of undead to scare Scrooge away from his piles of gold.

If he tried to scare Scrooge away like that, Scrooge would annihilate anything he sends his way. Scrooge has like Popeye levels of combat toon force
