Don't remember Vercetti having much character traits to him other than being consistently angry. I don't think that's going to fare well when it comes to trying to cut Rapunzel's hair. In that respect, I think Nathan Drake will have better luck cause he's a better sweet talker than Flynn and knows how to defuse a situation with banter and the like.
