Heh, it doesn't look like either of these gods would even like the Ferengi. Still, since Ra is Anubis' father in some stories, and he can bring his entire pantheon to his aid, he probably has a better chance at converting them.

Hum... Neither one of these seems like a Merchant deity per-se.

However, one of Anubis' roles is "Protector of the Tomb".  And what's in every Tomb?  Fat loot!  Gold and lots of it!

Now, given how greedy and money obsessed Ferengi are, they would probably want their wealth to go with them into the after life.  Also, they'd be looking for a good deal on that whole "heart-weighing" business.  I foresee Anubis' priests doing a lot of business with Ferengi patrons.

In some stories, Ra is merged with Horus as Ra-Horakhty. Horus is considered the god of the pharaohs, and as such Ra-Horakhty could convince the ruling pharaoh to bestow a portion of his riches onto the Ferengi to gain their favor. I imagine a pharaoh may have a good deal more riches than the tombs, and very likely has possession of a tomb himself.
