Kamala does have her own self doubts but even in a recent issue of hers, she was able to overcome some insecurities in a dream. 

 

She could take this.

While Ms. Marvel is far less experienced and has doubts on herself, Moon Knight has his own bouts of insanity as well. I think it will be close, but Kamala's abilities give her the edge here.

If it causes insanity, hes fucked. He's not all there. But if it doesn't, he should be fine albeit I don't see how he hurts Kamala. Blunt strength won't really do it and I don't think stabbing would either.

It wouldn't cause insanity. Only Cthulhu causes insanity in the story
