Hmm I can't really recall any feats of horsemanship from either of these.

Haven’t exactly seen Jinny on a horse on panel yet, but she grew up in rural Texas so I’m confident she knows how to ride one well. And as for crazy stunts, well, Jinny’s got a cool trunk full of wild stuff left behind by her ancestor Jonah that could come in handy pulling some insane stunts, like size shifting belts or self multiplying amulets. Or the Power Torch, an alternate universe version of a GL ring.

Well, we judge this slot on the the natural talents that the wild west characters themselves bring to the table. 

Not on any gimmicks they happen to have. 

The challenges, slot and competition here simply do not support a character that's rocking a Green Lantern ring.  Please don't try and leverage that.  Thanks!

Unsure at this, really. They’re pretty basic from what I know and recall so it’s a toss up.

Judging bhy her personality, I can see Jinny doing her best to outdo Jake and anything he does... and injury herself in the process. I see Jake playing it safe enough to take the win.
