The way to beat Midnighter is to have the insanity of the Joker or to be so powerful that his battle computer can't even do anything against you. As it stands, I don't think Moon Knight is that crazy, nor is he powerful, so he gets destroyed by Midnighter.

As mentioned, Midnighter's most important power is his mind's "battle computer" which is a form of precog that allows him play out thousands of different scenarios in his head before he even fights. He's also got superhuman strength and speed and a strong healing factor (though not really on the level of, say, Wolverine's), and is a very skilled fighter in his own right. 

It's likely Midnighter wins this before he even really starts to fight.

midnighter takes this although he has plenty of instances to show his battle computer  isn't perfect it was literally built for this he will know all of the right moves
