A desperate Rose stares into the heart of the Tardis. The light searing her eyes as it seemingly pours energy into her body. Her body begins to warm and Rose’s mind beings to unravel the changes that are taking place inside her. The door to the Tardis slams shut, given but a thought from Rose, she cannot be distracted. She must learn to understand what is going on. She brings the Tardis to the edges of the universe and realizes she the Tardis isn’t moving her, she is moving the Tardis. Every atom of the Tardis dances around, spinning and shimmering to a beat uniquely of it’s own. Her consciousness begins to bounce across the cosmos, she is seemingly everywhere and nowhere. She witnesses a brilliant flash and sees life begin to emerge and flourish. She witnesses the end of it all. The lifeless void of emptiness as the planets and stars stop spinning and the emptiness consumes her. In the moment of despair, she suddenly remembers. The doctor. This is why she is here. She must save the doctor. She begins to sift through time, searching for the doctor, trying to find him. She latches onto a string of time that is raveled like a fallen ball of yarn. She follows it and sees him. Rose devises a plan to spread bad wolf across the universe, tying her and the doctor together. While calculating her next step Rose see’s a flash appear that has an extremely powerful energy that she can’t seem to understand. He pursuit of the doctor must wait. This is too large for her to ignore. So much power with the ability to do so much harm. She throws herself back in the timeline to see a teenage girl crying on her bedroom floor. The girl had lost a friend and her emotions seemed to feeding this dark energy inside of her. This energy seemed so powerful, displacing energy from the entire universe. Rose watches as Jean reaches out and psychically to a boy, guiding him by the use of a Phoenix. Rose knows that while the girl seems to be pure in heart if she doesn’t put a damper on her powers the girl will destroy so much of the universe so quickly. Rose whispers Bad Wolf across the universe as a silent prayer, hoping to use her ability to save the doctor but first she must save this girl from herself. So many lives across the universe were at stake. She gleans the information from the girl’s timeline that her name is Jean, a seemingly normal girl with an endless amount of energy attached to her. Rose approached her and said, Jean you must stop, this power will consume you and destroy much of the universe with you. Jean misunderstood her words as a threat and stood to face her. The image of a phoenix grows out of her shadow, searing the wall behind her. The phoenix wants to be released, and Jean seems like an unwilling accomplish, all thoughts amplified by this force growing begin her. Rose knows there will be a fight and without it there may not be a normal future for most people. For this fight Jean is a teenager guided by the phoenix force with little knowledge about her powers and Rose has the powers of the Bad Wolf / time-vortex at her disposal.

Since Jafar as a genie wasn't an option to pick, I put Genie in because in all technicalities this was supposed to be a genie vs Ego match up, and Jafar is actually a genie. Since Genie was free in this version his power was limited. To quote Genie after he was free he said his power was now "semi-phenomenal, nearly cosmic powers". Sorry it appeared misleading but as soon as Genie was free he technically is only called Genie, and is not truly a genie with all the powers. Jafar on the other hand really is a genie, which would make this a genie Vs Ego match. So while the picture is misleading, the actual battle of a genie vs Ego really took place. If I had left it as Genie the character Vs Ego, it would have been a much easier fight for Ego considering Genie's limited powers.

Thanks DSkrillz, and you are correct. This is a Genie Jafar/Genie match up. Since Jafar as a genie wasn't technically a choice I just included him in the story line. Genie was freed, which in my humble opinion gave him less powers, so I figured the team up would put them at a more even level to compete against Ego.

Taking Abu and Genie he went toward the lighted islands many moons away. Months later he returned with a very dark lamp that was found in the base of a volcano. The crowds rejoiced at seeing Aladdin that day. A slight breeze swept through the gentle streets of Agrabah brushing the celebratory waste along the streets. Without warning flames seemed to shoot out of the sky to earth. The screams loudly echoing wake Aladdin, who immediately heads out to his balcony. A fire ball falling from the heavens singes the air beside him, narrowly missing him. Aladdin yells for Genie. Genie appears and proceeds to start a joke, but quickly realizes how bad the situation appears. Another fireball smashes against Aladdin, hurting his arm and hurdling him towards the balcony. Genie creates a rubber balloon that bounces Aladdin back into the building. Aladdin yells for genie to save the people. Miles below the military base sirens echo in the corridor, where military Officers stand in a well shielded bunker pointing at a huge rift that was slowly opening before them. An impossible looking machine appeared to be shooting a stream of electricity into a molten rock, warping it away and leaving a dark emptiness in its place. Scientists in the room are quickly checking their readings on their computer while trying to measure the output of the valves. The power needed to obtain a rift between dimensions was astronomical. To add more power, the electricity was shut down on the rest of the base. With the lights down the darkness covered the approach of a handful of children who quickly made their way to a secret opening in an unused hanger. In the lab the machines sensors suddenly jump into the red and the very room itself sways in back and forth from the energy of the void. The sway loosens the bolts that are keeping the machine secured to the rock beneath them. A General flips on the intercom and asks the scientists what’s happening. The scientist yelled back, explaining there was too much power in the void. Their sensors couldn’t find what’s causing the sudden influx. One of the military officers looks at a monitor on the wall to see four children coming up the corridor just minutes from where they were. He quickly radios to the security team to get there. As he glances back to the glass, he sees the machine break free from the ground and go hurling towards the void. The charged electric panel hits one of the soldiers, instantly slicing through him. The ground lurches as the rift opens wider, sucking the scientists into the air bringing them towards the void. Suddenly the rift shifts, splattering the scientists and sending pieces of them all the room. Suddenly the shielded door bursts open to the lab and the Officer sees a teenage girl pushing herself towards the void. Pieces of the rocky floor broke off and flew back towards her, pushed by the void. As the rock floor dropped away below her feet, the girl appeared to float in the air, still heading towards the rift. The Officer watched as the girl seems to stop the growing void. The rocks shuttered violently, and the rift collapsed, sucking the girl into it and closing. On the other side of the void Eleven awakens with a slight gash on her forehead. She touches it briefly and then starts to look around. She’s in a small town and can hear some faint music in the background. She starts walking to the music to realize that it’s coming from a school. She sees the signs saying Prom Night and sneaks inside the gym. As she gets in the door, they start to announce the Prom Queen, Carrie White. Eleven watches as a bucket falls, covering the prom queen in blood. The silence was deafening until suddenly Carrie eyes widen and the doors begin to slam shut. Eleven felt the rush of energy pass by her, surprised by the heat of the wave. The lights begin to spark and suddenly a huge wave of energy knocks her along with a group of people against the wall. Fire quickly licks up a girl’s prom dress and suddenly a hose starts spraying the whole group of people. In the midst of the dying people Eleven started making her way toward Carrie, the apparent source of the energy Eleven was feeling. Eleven knew this had to end before everyone ended up dying. Carries sees a girl approaching and sensed she wanted to stop her. Carrie saw a table and hurled it towards Eleven and was shocked when Eleven seemed to brush the table out of the way. The two stared at each other briefly, then Carrie renewed her attack.

I have to agree with Dinsdale here. No chance for Sabretooth, unless Hulk wanted a little Sabretooth for a pet....

A slightly bruised Lizard and Spiderman finished attaching the mind control parasites into Daredevil and Gambit for Ivy/Man-Thing. As Daredevil started to come back to consciousness a voice went out through his head along with the other members of the group. "What have you done?" Ivy screeched. "All I see is what appear to be vague pictures from one of you. Release your hold from him." The three quickly reacted disconnecting Daredevil from the group. With him disconnected from the parasite they quickly leave him unconscious on the ground. Meanwhile Beast, Nightcrawler and Cyclops were sharing a drink. "So Nightcrawler." Beast says. "Another year of Mardi Gras for us?" "Yah," Nightcrawler responds. "I blend in so easily there this time of year. What about it Cyclops? You want to join us as well?" "You know normally I'm against drinking around Beast, but this might be just what I need to relax," Cyclops says. "Why don't we go down and see our flaming Cajun while we're down there. It's been a while since we've last seen him. "Ah yes mein friend." Nightcrawler says. "I think it would be a nice thing to have a local there with us." "I believe it was Ernest Hemingway who said "An intelligent man is sometimes forced to be drunk to spend time with his fools." Beast smiling quotes. The three decided to go down to New Orleans. Arriving in New Orleans the three immediately begin to look for their Cajun friend. After trying his favorite bar they heard that he got in a fight back in the alleyway. Going around back they discover Daredevil unconscious on the ground. "Nightcrawler, teleport to the top of that building to see if you see anything that's unusual." Cyclops orders quickly. "Beast, keep an eye out for trouble as I see what's wrong with Daredevil." Daredevil quickly regains consciousness and tells them what happened. As soon as he finishes his story Nightcrawler appears out of his cloud of smoke. "I saw Spiderman, Lizard, and Gambit quickly walking away." Nightcrawler says. "I'm not sure what they were up to, but it looked like Gambit was with them." "I am going to return home and tell the avengers what took place here," Daredevil stated urgently. "They must know what's happening." As Daredevil walked away, Cyclops turned and looked at Beast and Nightcrawler. "I think that we need to try to find Gambit. I think we owe at least that much to Gambit." "I'm not sure if that's such a great idea." Beast replies. "We don't know too much about the entire ordeal, and are not well prepped to deal with our enemy." "True." Cyclops says. "I know our condition, but if we leave now we might not be able to find them again. Gambit is one of our own. We owe it to him to help him. I'll understand if you don't want to come." "Mein Friend." Nightcrawler says. "I'd follow you through the gates of hell if necessary." "Well it might not be our best plan, but given the circumstances I will come with you." Agreed Beast reluctantly. "Nightcrawler, I want you to teleport up to the rooftops and see if you can find them. As soon as you've got a bead let us know. Beast, come with me. We'll head in the direction we last saw them going." After some quick teleports Nightcrawler spots Spiderman, Lizard and Gambit walking just a few blocks away. After telling Cyclops where they were, he teleports back to where he last saw the three of them. "Mein friend," Nightcraweler says. "What is going on?" "I'd leave quickly," Gambit responds. "There's a lot of trouble that you don't need here." "How about you tell us all about it?" Asks Beast as he rounds the corner. "I quite love a good story." "Oh look at those nice sunglasses." Spiderman says. "I think we could use someone like you Cyclops." "Watch out!!" Screams Nightcrawler as the Lizard smashes into Beast with his tail. The crowd of people around them begin to run frantically as the battle begins.

Almost a stomp, but I have such big plans for the group. Then again I think Gambit gets a couple of hits in, and Daredevil honestly has held his own against Spiderman in the past (although I think Daredevil isn't close to being in the same league as Spiderman).

Very impressive!! I hate to say it, but the kitty looses it's shiny toy. I think Penguins cunning mind beat Catwoman before she even showed up.

Thanks Dinsdale. True the Man-Thing is from the swamps of Florida, but there are a lot of swampy areas in the nw Florida area. I figured it wouldn't be too much of a leap.

The continuance... (Ivy/Man-Thing just finished battling with Spiderman and the Lizard). Spiderman hits a glancing blow while the Man-Thing grabs the unconscious Lizard's tail. Man-Thing spins around and smashes the Lizard repeatedly into Spiderman until both creatures are completely unconscious. As the Lizard lays there before her, he begins to revert into Dr. Conners. "Perhaps these two might be useful to me," thinks Ivy to herself. "I believe a certain potion could be in order." Ivy gives both of them a potion with a kiss. "When you awake you will help me," Ivy whispers. "This world will be mine." When the two awake they find themselves surrounded by a very lush garden. "What happened?" Asks Peter Parker. "It appears as if were in the garden of Eden." "I doubt it," replies Dr. Conners. "I'm pretty sure this might be heaven, judging by that angel." Dr. Conners points over Spiderman's shoulder. "Hello boys," Ivy says. "Hope you had a good nap. Now I need to know some information about this world I'm in." "I'll tell you anything you want to know beautiful." Spiderman swoons. Spiderman and Dr. Conners then proceed to tell them everything about the area they're in, what they know about the Man-Thing, and what brought them to this area. After hours of talking Spiderman and the Lizard promised to help Ivy in any way possible. Dr. Conners invited Ivy to see his lab. Ivy quickly decided to go to this lab to obtain more potions. While Ivy was making potions Dr. Conner approached her. "You realize that's not the most effective way for that to work?" He asks. "I'm pretty sure I could make you a living parasite that could blend with this substance. As long as it was attached to a host the effects would be quite permanent. You wouldn't even have to worry about keeping it in a container, you could just have the hosts carry extra's. " "Please help me make such a thing." Squealed Ivy with delight. "Also if you could try to infuse it with my plantlike creation it would be perfect." "I'd love to help." Spiderman chipped in. "I definitely know my way around the lab." After a few days of hard work Peter Parker and Dr. Conners had the plant hybrid complete. "It's done," Dr. Conners exclaimed. "We've completed it." "Great job my boys." Ivy said. "Now we must test it. I need a volunteer." Both men plead to be chosen for her. "Peter." Ivy says. "Sit in this chair. You will be my first new hybrid. Peter jumped into the chair which ivy then handcuffs and chains him to. "To make sure this works I will have to undo my last potion." Ivy purrs. She leans over and kisses Peter. Suddenly Peter eyes begins to flutter quickly. "Where am I?" Peter asks. "Not that I usually like to complain when a pretty girl ties me up." "You're about to be the future." Ivy says smiling. "Go ahead and start the attachment Dr." Dr. Conner nods and quickly presses the hybrid plant to the back of Spiderman's neck. Spiderman begins to jerk around in the chair, breaking the handcuffs almost instantly, and began to break through the chains. Suddenly Spiderman stops squirming and sits calmly back into his seat. "That was quick." Ivy thought. "I'm glad it was." Spiderman says. "I wouldn't like to waste your time." Ivy looked shocked. It was if Spiderman had read her thoughts. She decided to test it quickly. "Free yourself." Ivy thinks. Spiderman breaks out of the shackles and stands before her. "This worked better than I could have dreamed." Ivy said. Ivy quickly repeated the process on Dr. Conner with once again exceptional results. After changing them Ivy gave each of them 10 more hybrid plants to carry with them. Ivy decided that with this new power she might be able to take over her new world. She told Spiderman and Lizard to go to the nearby city Baton Rouge and try to find her some powerful new people to give her special treats to. "I know just the right person to give them too." Spiderman says. Might even help us spread it to his brothers. "Hey there dahling," Gambit drawls slowly. "How bout' you come buy me a drink." A quick smile and a flick of the hair and the girl turned to meet this gentleman. "Well I do say it's right nice to see you there." The girl says. "Perhaps we can go outside for a little chat? The smokey bar accented her lovely figure. Gambit raises his hat and gives her a nod. He then stands and proceeds out of the bar. "Ah reckin your accent needs suma work, little lady." Gambit says in a low tone. "I'm guessing ya didn't come all this way to just buy me a drink. Some might get nervous seeing a black widow in a dark alley way. "You can quit all that charm Gambot." Says the Black Widow. "Madame Web sent me up here. She said you were in some kind of danger." "Wa'll suga, I think I'm doin alright. Gambit smoothly says. Maybe ol web just wanted you to keep me company for the night. It's been a while since I've had a gurl of your caliber around here." "Well," says Black Widow while looking around. "We'll know here in about five minutes.She didn't give us much more then Spiderman's not himself, beware of the Lizard, and squash the bug. Could be another loose in for as much as we know. " Figured since we were gonna be playing in your backyard might as well stop by." "Mighty nice of ya dahlin." Gambit says. "We know ya ain't going up against Spidey by yourself. Who ya got with ya?" "Smart boy," Daredevil says while swinging down. "Wouldn't want you and Natasha to get too close." "Well ain't this quite the party." Gambit says dryly. "I guess I didn't 'see' that one coming." Suddenly they all hear a voice above them. "Hey folks. Spiderman's here to give you all little presents." Spiderman says. "I got them from this hot new gal on the block. She loves giving away these things. Such a wonderful person. So who wants a new necklace?" "Well looks like ol lady was right," Gambit states. "Might as well try squashing this Spideybug. "Nottt so fassssst." The Lizard cries while running towards them. Your pulpy skin will look so pretty on my tail." Then you shall all be like us!! The lizard spins his tail which immediately knocks Natasha into a wall, leaving her unconscious.

Very true DSkillz. While a similar battle has taken place, it has a slight twist. Think I'm going to spin into a little arc, thus I need to build an army.

I'm gonna go with Wolverine. He definitely knows how to survive. He is also very well rounded with experience in hand to hand fighting, I'm sure a variety decent with a variety of weapons, and he's taught to know how to disappear when necessary. Captain America would be a close second based off experience and the fact he doesn't lose any power in the fight, just a shield. Ol Cap might even be able to persuade some people to join him.

I'm going with Kuma on this one. Besides the strength advantage, his overall size will be a great help against the shock of electricity. Throw in a great trainer.,

A females cry was heard over the sounds of the swamp. Ivy laid beneath a very large foot of muck encompassing her. Ivy began to dissolve while Superman who heard the cry rushed to aid her. Suddenly in mid-flight Superman's mind once again was under his control. Momentarily stunned and not knowing where he was Superman races towards the skies, leaving him with the feeling as if he had forgotten something very important behind. Hulk bounded after Superman in a fit of rage, but was soon left far behind. Without anyone to fight, the Hulk begins to wander on his usual course of confusion. Silence remained for a while as the remainder of once was Poison Ivy became a steaming pile of vegetating decay. The weary Man-Thing knowing that his fight was finished began to repair himself, gorging in his surroundings. Suddenly the Man-Thing passes out on the ground. Hours went by and the Man-Thing slowly arises, almost drunkenly, to his feet. A noise that sounds like a scream escapes his lips. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "What is this? What have I become?" An astonished Ivy looks through a world in completely different eyes. Ivy turns and sees her reflection in a puddle and immediately jumps back, splintering a tree behind her. "The power!!! The shear power." laughed Ivy. "I've never felt anything like this before. To think, I was scared of this. The world shall tremble at the sight of me!!!" Ivy began slowly moving around, trying to adapt to her new body. This body was so powerful, invulnerable to anything around her. The steady flow of energy was like an aphrodisiac. Ivy saw her bag spilled on the swampy ground. She bent over to pick it up, but her powerful grip broke the vial. She realized that this was a perfect time to learn to control her powers. Concentrating she reached once again, and smashed another between her fingers. Time and time again she tried and failed. Pure concentration willing the ability to control this new body caused an amazing thing to happen. It seemed as if her arm felt lighter, and lighter. She closed her eyes and focused all of her energy on picking up the vial. Suddenly she could feel the vial in her hand, laying peacefully in her hand. She open her eyes and was once again shocked!! Ivy saw what appeared to be a human hand. It was definitely a mans hand, but a hand never the less. Ivy watched as moss and plants dropped from her body. Ivy couldn't help but marvel for a second as she stepped out in the body of Ted Sallis. As Ivy began to pick up her vials she noticed a shiny object laying on the ground behind her. She picked it up and almost felt like it belonged to her. Deciding to try to practice with her new body Ivy once again changed back into the Man-Thing. She noticed that her own powers were somehow connected with this beasts. She continued through the forest, moving branches and plants out of her way with a mere thought. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Always a thankless job." Spiderman states, as he hurls through the air. "Sorry about this doc." Spiderman leaps forward and nails the Lizard with his token double fisted punch. "Soft mammel!! The Lizard hisses. "You will never defeat the likes of meeee." "Hmph, soft is such a mean word." Spiderman says. "You really know how to emasculate a guy. Will you just eat this special snickers? You know your just not yourself when your hungry." Spiderman barely avoided a punch when the Lizards tail whirled around and hit him knocking the wind out of him. Just when Spiderman thought he was going to have to take another punch the Lizards body goes flying through the air. Spiderman looks up and sees the Man-Thing standing where the Lizard once was. "Nice of you to show up beautiful." Spiderman says. "I was just saying how much this swamp needed a...... Man-Thing swings, barely missing Spiderman who dodges quickly away. Ivy grins inside the Man-Thing. "No better ways to test my new powers." Ivy thinks, shaking the branch that Spiderman was on with a single thought. "We'll finish thissss together, then I finish you!!! The Lizard Hisses looking at Spiderman.

So amusing thought; can Superman hit hulk far enough away, to finish off the Man-Thing in a fairly quick matter? Perhaps Hulk could even get distracted on his way back.

Superman is almost completely mindless, thus his uncommon actions. His only thought is Ivy's protection.

A shadow seems to be slowly chasing her throughout time and space. The creature shows no face as it closes in on her, knocking her on the gound.Slowely she feals the creature begin to break down her body piece by piece. Poison Ivy awakes drenched in sweat. Her bed of leaves slowly drinking the sweat away quickly. The darkness in the room seemed deathly silent as Ivy quikly remedied. The dreams have become so lifelike. What she thought was once a nightmare seems to evolved into so much more then that. Even awake she seems to feel a presence following her. It follows her like a quiet constant whisper in the wind. There seems to be no escaping it's presence, anunforgiving nightmare that seems tO consume all thought. Ivy deciding to find a way to silence the feeling for good turned to an old acquintance. Ivy knew that it would take a bit more then just the simple knowing of eachother to enlist the help of the Queen of Fables. Ivy coul only think of one thing that would help her in this plight. Ivy sorts through a table of vials, carefully choosing a few that she needed for the journey. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Ivy arrives at the Queen of Fables garden and stared into the vast amount of beatiful flowers. Suddenly Ivy hears a sound from behind her. "What may I ask brings you hear?" Asked the Queen. "Not that I'm complaining. It's nice to have company on occassion. I get so little of it out here." "I would tell you." Ivy responds, "But I'm pretty sure you could just see it." The queen nods and closes her eyes for a moment. "Such an amusing dream," says the Queen. "Although I do wonder what it must be like to know your fate as well as you do." "Please don't toy with me, do you know anything about the beast that haunts me?" Ivy asks. "I cannot say." The Queen replies. "All I can see of it is what you do. Although I can also see that it is almost attached to you. It's almost as if the two of you were linked in some way. "Is there any way to be rid of the linK?" Ivy asks. "I must have this voice out of my head. I'm ready to face my demon." "There is but one way." The Queen replies. "One of you must be destroyed. It seems as if the plants themselves are sending these messages from between dimensions.They want this meeting to occur for some reason. It appears as if someone can control the plants as well as yourself, perhaps even better." Can you send two people to this dimension? Asks Ivy. "If you have the power that is." "Ah yes, a feeble try to trick me. The Queen responds. "You know I have the power, but the question is why I would help you? It will take a vast amount of energy to make this possible. "You brought him here?" Questioned the Queen angrily. "Why?" "It's perfectly safe." Replied Ivy. "I happen to have him under my spell. Help me to free myself from this future and I shall give you Superman. He shall be yours to do as you wish. Do we have a deal?" "I have longed for ages for such a Kryptonian treat." Says the Queen. "You shall have your wish." An incantation is whispered, and in a flash both Superman and Poison Ivy are gone. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Suddenly Poison Ivy and Superman appear just in time for a flying pile of muck to land on her. They have arrived in a swamp with a battle going on between the Man-Thing and Hulk. The Man-Thing swings and knocks the Hulk through two trees. Poison Ivy sees, and feels the energy of the swamp pouring back into the Man-Thing. The Hulk jumps to his feet and charges towards the Man-Thing. Somehow the blow seems to phase through the Man-Thing causing the Hulk to land at Poison Ivy's feet. "I love your shade of green." Ivy tells the Hulk. "Come now and allow us to help you with destroying this beast. Poison Ivy opens a vial and blows a kiss along with the potion towards Hulk. Hulk stands there confused for a moment staring at Poison Ivy. Suddenly Hulks arms spread. "Hulk Smaaa...." As Hulks hands begin to come forward to crush Poison Ivy they are caught, followed quickly by a quick knee in the chest that sent the Hulk flying backwards, leaving trees crumbling in his wake. Superman looks at Poison Ivy and steps away. "Alright, I suppose it's time to do what we came for." Ivy says. With a motion vines and branches begin to swirl around the Man-Thing. The Man-Thing is quickly covered with the vegetation and appears vanquished. "Perhaps I didn't really need you after all." Ivy tells Superman. "Perhaps I must have overestimated my opponent." After a few seconds a horrid smell begins to fill the air. Ivy turns to see the Man-Thing seemed to break down the limbs and refresh himself with their waste. "It can't be!" Shrieked Ivy. "This can't happen. Stop him. Superman began using his heat vision, burning a hole through the Man-Thing. Suddenly Superman is sent flying by a huge hit from Hulk sending him high into the air. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Parameters: For Ivy to win she must end the Man-Things life. Man-Thing has the Nexus of Realities. Ivy must be destroyed to break her link with Superman. Superman must protect Ivy with no consideration of his life. Hulk's his only allegience is too himself, willing to fight all envolved, but will probably try to take out his biggest threat first.

Thanks JohnnyChany. It was a little too much for Nightcrawler to do on his own. Grievous resume of slaying Jedi's in the past is definitely impressive. The two x-men definitely have they're work cut out for them.

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away were two beings that had been ripped away from their way of life and moved across time and space. They two had been awoken abruptly by some prodding by what appeared to be a robots. The two slowly stood noticing an army of robots standing with guns pointed at them. They lead them into a large room that appeared to be used for some type of ceremonies. A robot much larger than the rest of the robots greeted them as they were prodded up the stairwell. He told them he was General Grievous and that he believed them to be spies. They were perceived as a danger to everyone around them and should be put to death immediately. Nightcrawler tried to explain the situation to the General, but kept getting interrupted by the General telling him that all his words were lies. Gambit told Nightcrawler to save his breath; they would never believe how they arrived there, when in fact they weren't even sure what had come to be. Nightcrawler demanded that there must be some way to prove their virtue even under these unusual circumstances. General Grievous thought for a moment, deciding what to do with these spies. He told them that he had that he would give them a chance to fight for their freedom. If they defeated him they could have their freedom. If he defeated them he would have their lives. He tossed two lightsabers on the ground before him and told them to arm themselves or die where they stand. Nightcrawler picked up a lightsaber, and after fumbling it with it managed to turn it on. Gambit who had picked up his as well tossed it to Nightcrawler. The staff, Gambit claimed, being the only thing he needed. The fight soon began as General Grievous came towards them. His first strike struck at gambit who managed to deflect it with the energy from his staff, which sent sparks flying in all directions. The only way for Nightcrawler and Gambit to win is to Disarm they're opponent. General Grievous victory lies with the two x-men's heads. Gambit is equipped with his playing cards, Nightcrawler with the two lightsabers, and General Grievous with four lightsabers. Since nightcrawler has no real knowledge of his surroundings he cannot simply teleport away. Gambit is at his standard fighting level and is not as powerful as his Horseman of Death status.
