Huh, thought I actually posted this out earlier. 😅 Another good chapter in you I Am Lord Zedd arc, Venom! I see that the Magirangers have essentially engineered mainstream Tommy's turn toward a new version of this Lord Drakken dude. It should be interesting to see where things go from here. As for the match, given that this new Ranger armor seems to be an upgrade and amalgamation of the old Green and White Power coins, and it may be powered up even further with the Sword of Darkness, I'd say Tommy has a very good shot at beating the Zeo Putties, especially since as Putties, those Rangers don't have nearly the experience or cunning of the original Zeo Rangers.

Alright, 22 teams already drafted, and IKA and the four A.I. teams will make it 27 when all is said and done. Things should be interesting. A few good drafting opportunities were missed, though. You guys are lucky I decided not to go the reality warper route again by drafting Beyonder from Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur.

Roughly 21 hours until the final extension of the Draft ends. So, @ThePhenomenalOne, @Fox, @UglyEarGB, @Peypeypeypey, @sonder, and @Jarret91? You guys still have until 3:30 ET on May 19 to finish your teams. Also, @leroypowell3? I know you were excited about the return of the Draft, so if you see this soon enough, you may have time to join in.

As I type this, the extended deadline ends in roughly 8 1/2 hours, for those that still need to finish drafting their teams or want to make changes. So, @ThePhenomenalOne, @SSJRuss, @Fox, @Peypeypeypey, @UglyEarGB, @sonder, and @Jarret91, you have about 8 1/2 hours to finish drafting your teams.

I'm inclined to give Team 2 the edge here, considering that it has both fused Marvel/DC characters and the Image universe.

Huh, kept getting logged out whenever I tried to rate this match through my phone for some reason ... Anyways, pretty good chapter for your Unforeseen Simulation Joint arc, Venom, if kinda short. Aside from that, this is pretty much how I'd picture Bulma arguing with a girl that's more spoiled than she is. As for the match, given that, if I'm not mistaken, Mandy occasionally gets into fights with the Totally Spies girls, she's probably a bit more combat-experienced than Bulma. Bulma can likely take more punishment, though, given what she's survived in the DB universe, so as of now, I'm undecided on this one.

My mistake earlier; the extended deadline is tomorrow, May 17. So @Pizza Guy, @ThePhenomenalOne, @sonder, @Jarret91, @SSJRuss, @Fox, @Peypeypeypey, and @UglyEarGB? You have just under 29 1/2 hours to finish drafting your teams. As mentioned, there are still quite a few good characters left to draft. For instance, for any fans of The Legend of Vox Machina, I moved all their characters to the Fantasy category, since they all originated from the Critical Role D&D campaign. There are also plenty of good wrestlers left to draft, as well as (I think?) powerful anime/manga characters, zany cartoon characters, as well as good characters in horror, sci-fi, comics, etc.

Good set-up. Movie-Brat, and good concept with heroines involuntarily being body-swapped. As for the match? I'd have to look in on this a bit more to see which girl tends to be more intelligent, resourceful, etc. before I vote.

BTW, @UglyEarGB, you can edit the opening posts of CP-generated Rumbles and Matches. CBUB might not have had this feature when you were last a regular here.

Guh, I gotta watch DBZ past the Cell Games. but did I once hear that Cell was more powerful than Dabura? Could be mistaken. Either way, Dabura might give Magneto a good fight. Good luck with the Worlds Collide webcomic, y'all! 😀

Can't speak for anyone else, but I wouldn't have a problem with that. It never hurts to have more teams and participants, and there are still some good characters to draft, especially wrestlers. Even so, y'all, we've almost had a month to draft, with billboards on the main forum page and everything, lol.

Okay, this line made me chuckle out loud. That, and the mental image of Mandy being in King Kong's hand as he pounds his chest. Pretty good entry for you Unforeseen Simulation Joint arc, Venom, but still kinda short. As for the match, it looks like the Skull Island version of Kong is about the same size as most versions of Kong I've seen. That being the case, as mentioned, the TIE fighters are gonna be strafing him way too fast to be hit, while their laser fire tears him to shreds faster than the helicopters' machine guns.

Scratch that; drafting is done. I was off by an hour. Heh, drafting's been open for around a month, my guy. 😅 I hope you and others will still participate through comments and votes, though.

You came close to winning the last one, and I know you contributed some images for this one.

As an aside, @UglyEarGB, part of me's hoping you come up with a creative name for your team. Too many folks still seemingly overlook the fact that team names can be edited and go by the default of having their teams named "Team (username)", IMO.

Heh, ninja'd by IKA. Ah, I forgot to mention this in your topic, but welcome (back?) to CBUB. To add to IKA's post regarding the Draft, the first post of this thread does a good job of explaining both the conditions of how to draft characters for each slot of your team and examples of what challenges your characters face in each slot.

Ah, forgot to mention this, but I can see my CP now, both through my phone and my laptop.

I do believe that team drafting ends in less than a day, on May 10. I sent in my team last night. So, to @sonder, @Jarret91, @Tyrannoraptor, @SSJRuss, @Peypeypeypey, @UglyEarGB, @Fox, @ThePhenomenalOne, and @Michael Lovecraft, you all still haven't finished drafting for your teams. Also, @leroypowell3 and @Pizza Guy ( @Pizzaguy2995? ), I've seen you guys log in this week, so I hope you're able to put in some teams by tomorrow.

Whenever I try to go to the CP, it's telling me I have to log in to use it. Could be just a phone issue, though, at least on my end. I'll log in on my laptop when I get home and see if I have the same issue.

Anybody else getting an error message when they try to go to their CP right now? That's the case for me, at least on my phone. The deadline is tomorrow, May 10, my guy. 😄

Good set-up, Movie-Brat. The PPG characters seem to be in-character from what I've seen from the show, and Optimus is more in line with how I believe he's been portrayed since the Bay movies. One thing, though: if Mojo's mech has a cockpit big enough to house the Powerpuff girls in a trap, that would make it bigger than Optimus. As for the match, since Prime can knock Mojo's mech down with a punch, he probably stands a good chance of defeating it.

Having Ahsoka's Force powers is probably Kimberly's biggest advantage in this matchup. Carter may have a match and/or counter for nearly everything else Kimberly can do, even with her having Demona's abilities.
