This could be close. Slash is rather different in various incarnations but all of them would be a threat to Tung Lashor. I think I'll go with the snake man as his kind almost took over Eternia. He's a more focused, trained warrior. Slash is all rage and instict. A warrior will explite that.

Slash is usually tough enough to handle all 4 of the TMNT at once, meanwhile Tung Lasher is a small fry in most MotU continuities. I got Slash winning.
