Even in the show, the Inhumanoids seemed to loose through plot device rather than the good guys really having the stuff to defeat them.

Aren’t the Inhumanoids giant kaiju like monsters? If they are then I don’t see how the TF2 guys can even harm them?

Aside from the Inhumanoids all being around 50 feet tall each, they each also have distinct weaknesses. I'm not sure the Team Fortress crew had the tools to exploit them.
