I don't think either of these would do well, but Zeus has a few advantages I would say. He's got a wide array of henchmen and exists in universe with Lois Lane, so he might know more about her already

Zeus has run some succeful small time heists and even double crossed the Joker once (Batman: Cacophany) Joker does pay him back, but it shows Zeus can sometimes swing with the big boys. Plus with a squad of goons He can keep her longer by creating a hostage situation.

Tough challenge for both, but White Rabbit's insanity makes her unpredictable in what she would do to hide Lois anyways.

I will point out that while White Rabbit loses to Spider-Man her nemesis is... Frogman. She held the city hostage and got offered... 2.50

 

Maxie has put Batman in mortal peril.
