Does Frieza's force has Frieza himself, and the Ginyu and such? If not, it's a slaughter. Even if they do, though, Frieza can only be in one place at once, and the Protoss have pretty monstrous weaponry if memory serves. In either case, I would put the Protoss' fleet well above Frieza's. Again, they can just cede control of the land temporarily, while hitting Frieza's forces from space. I seem to recall at least one Protoss battle station burning a significant hole on the surface of a planet, and the Protoss have multiple Battle Stations capable of that kind of firepower. Even if Frieza is there, he alone can't hold one planet, and his men will be overpowered. I think Protoss win

The Frieza Force I assume to be the mooks. Everyone from Ginyu, Zarbon, and Dodoria on down. Considering that the average Frieza soldier is somewhere around a Saibaman or Raditz, that makes the average mook pretty tough. They do, however, number in the low thousands. They basically are tasked with short term genocides of a planet and then reselling it. I think the Protoss may take it with numbers, but it would be uphill. I lean Frieza Force.
