This is a little like Johnny's match-up with James Bond.

Much like Bond, Zorro could potentially make things exciting, but the bookish Hermione doesn't really strike me as the type to go for mysterious, dangerous guys. Johnny, however, could really bring Hermione out of her shell with some dance lessons, and it could be amusing and heartwarming to watch her learning those merengue moves. 

I could definitely see sparks fly between Castle and Granger in the process.
