Well, Gogeta is actually up against a character that he can't just blitz, which again brings me to the point that even if Flash can't really beat him (and I reckon he could if he tried hard enough, dumping him into the Speed Force is always a nifty trick, stealing his speed and turning him into a frozen statue should net him the win as well,) he could still outrun him for long enough to run down the fusion time limit.

Yeah, I don't think Gogeta has a viable way to win. The Flash is just too fast

Let's all not forget that even IF Gogeta manages to catch up to him, he'd be almost or completely out of time as this form is reliant on the fusion dance of Goku and Vegeta to take this form and the form itself has a time limit, wich is why I mention time running out. So even if not beaten in combat, Gogeta would lose by just running out of time and the two seperating.
