Well, seeing as how the Living Dead are kinda slow (especially shambling up a hill) and have no tactics or range weapons, I'm leaning Jawas here.

Yeah, Jawas' range gives them a massive edge here. Zombies would literally be fighting an uphill battle. Jawas would have to learn to hit the head but even if they don't know that, the worst that'll happen is that they temporarily get ousted from the hill if they start to get overwhelmed

Jawas aren't that agile either, but at least they're more agile than The Living Dead are.
