Okay, so in terms of their stats from Vs Battles Wiki, Hogan is superior in Attack Potency, Striking Strength and Intelligence, at least in Banner's Absorbing Man persona, whereas Banner is superior in Lifting Strength and Durability, which while Town Level, is amped up due to the nature of his powers making him intangible and gifted with pretty high regeneration from almost all hits.

The only weakness presented from either fighter, is in Banner's inability to absorb too much Gamma radiation, as he will, in doing so swell up and leave himself vulnerable to attack from certain types of weapons.

Going by these stats, and what I know about Banner from his movie, I don't really see how Hogan can defeat him in any way, nor do I see how Banner can win either, as his hits would be, based on this, far weaker than Hogan's and perhaps not do as much damage, so for now, I guess this would be a stalemate?
