Genius Challenge: Who wins the battle using only Botany skills

David’s a very cunning man but in this case I’m not sure about how he fares with botany? To be fair, I’m not sure about Doom’s capability with that either but given how far Doom spreads across practically all the scientific disciplines and also is very adept with magic, I’m leaning towards him as having some kind of advantage?

Doesn't most of David's intelligence fall under manipulation, psychology and strategic planning? He's a very intelligent man, I just can't for the life of me see him ever changing a plant's DNA structure or anything of the like. Doom, I can easily see him doing that.

I can see Doom having some knowledge with botany or some magical knowledge that could manipulate botany and plants

The category is science - specifically Botany - so no Magic for Doom.

There are any number of ways a crafty Botanist might approach this.  From Plant monsters to choking vines and even to microscopic plants that get into the bloodstream.

In any of these cases, I believe I like Doom's chances here.
