Honestly don't know enough about Doc Savage's speech feats to make a call on this. 

Black Widow is a highly trained spy, though, which I assume includes a talent for honeyed words.

Hmm, Doc Savage is a rugged pulp hero and quite popular with the ladies. I think he could turn on the charm here. 

Alternatively BW might get her to trust her being a girl too.

Black Widow all the way. She knows fashion, and it’s not just because she’s a woman. She does her hair and makeup to a tee to infiltrate male dominated infrastructure. If she had fashion tips for me I’d listen up because she obviously knows what she’s talking about and if even it were for her own benefit she has world class espionage skills so I’d believe whatever she told me.

Yeah, I think Black Widow might be able to do this a lot better than Doc Savage could. Her whole modus operandi is having people trust her.
