Not just about her Bugley fingers.

Marrow shouldn't have anything going for her that Batman Beyond can't handle. Her bones are stronger than normal, but they aren't adamentium.

Batman Beyond has the tools to utilize this environment (stealth enhancing suit) and to beat Marrow.

Marrow is no Wolverine type mutant, but she seems to have at least some decent sensory abilities, as she was able to sense/find a Sentinel hidden underwater and out of sight, before her teammates could notice it.

Not saying that should allow her to compete with Terry's stealth suit abilities, but she does seem to have at least some above average senses in one aspect of things.

That said, again she's no Wolverine, but her skills are still something to look at, even in spite of what they are presented as.

Most notably, she was able to dodge Spider-Man's web shooters, and even take a hit from him that sent her crashing into a wall.

Her bones are strong enough to protect her from explosions as well, provided of course she can predict where and what type of explosion she would be dealing with.

Similar to Batman as well, she is capable of throwing a bone capable of killing/knocking out several opponents at once, which does seem to help with her abilities and her accuracy in using them.

Now, again not all of this, or any of this guarantees Marrow a victory or anything in that area, but I figure it shows that she is no slouch of a fighter, and could certainly hold her own, even against Terry.

As to how she could win?

If she could potentially get Terry to overuse the Batsuit's capabilities, and drain its battery power she might have a pretty good chance of besting him, as she was able to beat Sabretooth by getting him to go too close a water value, different scenario's I know, but if she could strategically counter Terry by getting him to do that she may be able to win here.

The Batsuit isn't running on AA batteries, it won't run out of charge over the course of this fight.

Terry has advantages in stealth, flight, strength, skill, and attack variety. The batsuit is extremely durable, and I don't think Marrow's bones will be enough to do significant damage.
