Doesn't Pee Wee have like low-key toonforce? If that's true, and on the account Pee Wee is taller, I think Carlton loses.

I was so hoping this would have been a dance competition. That would be a sight to see. As for a boxing match, I am going with Carlton. I picture Pee-Wee doing ridiculous and overlong windups and I wouldn't be surprised to find out Carlton has some smooth moves in the ring.

Wasn't Carlton a bit of a coward in Fresh Prince? I don't think he'd be willing to KO Pee Wee from the moment the fight starts.

He was a nerd, but he was never a coward. He stood up for himself numerous times, usually to the amazement of his cousin.

In the early season, he was that rich boy nancy boy. But overtime he grew a pair and hardened up overtime whenever he hanged out with his cousin. I mean, in one episode, he saw Will get shot, decided to buy a gun off the streets for protection, and brought it to the hospital where Will was getting treated.

Can't believe I'm just now commenting on this. I've watched Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and Pee-Wee's show and films as a kid. 

It would be kind of hilarious to watch both of these dudes flail around for a while, but I think Carlton eventually wins. Calrlton's less cowardly than Pee-Wee and more solidly built, and as mentioned, he's actually knocked Will out cold, and with his hands crazy-glued to his head, no less.
