Again, Discord takes this. I mean sure, in comparison, Vegito is faster but considering he wouldn't take his sweet time in doing something, he's likely to win. The choice of location won't matter if say the water is now full of taffy.

Now, compared to Dr. Doomsday, Vegetio's got a stronger fusion and the characters that make him when split will probably unite and fight, but Discord isn't dumb.  He's got the power and the brains to back it up.  He'll take this without too much difficulty, and hey even he could turn the water into taffy, it might make vegito start eating it.
