Hmmmm... T'challa would know better than to fight him out right. He's got some underwater gear to even the odds up. But I just don't know...

The death spores working underwater would be a key win. I think Panther might be slightly more skilled in terms of experience underwater fighting but then there's the whole Atlantis factor. Depending on which one it is Panther's visited before and knows the locale well.

I don't see Panther beating Omega Red here. Without prep and being ready ahead of time he loses.

I'm not sure Omega Red could win that easily with death spores because considering the deep depth at which they will most likely be fighting at, Black Panther would need a full air tight Diving suit so the pressure wouldn't crush him and since it would be an air tight one wouldn't he be safe from the death spores?

The enviournment leads me to believe that Panther will have some kind of prep time. He may not know he'll be fighting Omega Red but their from the same universe so I'm sure he knows him and has some plan drafted to defeat him if they ever met. For this reasoning, I'll vote for Black Panther.

Well the easiest way to win this fight would be to take the diving mask of the other guy and omega red has more opendindages to do that with.
