Magnetic control... Sword is made of metal... Oh come on! Byakuya's only advantages would be kido spells (then I learn Polaris can absorb energy attacks) and I'm not sure if he could be harmed by magnetism since hes technically a soul. Also, he seems the most genre savvy to attack the person by flash stepping and slicing them from behind if they aren't quick enough to react. And this isn't getting into his shikai and bankai.

 

However, since Polaris has magnetic control; if she can control Senbonzakura (which are just blades that resemble cherry blossoms) then it'll just be a repeat of Byakuya's fight against As Nodt... Which ended like this

Overall;

Byakuya has the advantage in speed and thats it.

Probably Byakuya. His flashstep is no joke and with a little bakudo up that behind he'll have Polaris right where e wants him/her. Not sure how much of a factor senbonzakura would be.
