Match 13840 Jet Li vs. Tomax & Xamot

          There were no tell-tell signs such as alarms or people scurrying to and fro, but Su could feel that there was a disturbance in the facility.

          Assigned by his homeland, Taiwan, Su was living in Macross City, to help the fledging community keep the peace. He had found LeRoy Greene in the city and was intrigued. Unsuspecting of LeRoy's possession by The Shadow King, Su was brought into the Shadow King's fight club. Whatever was going on, he kept his wits about him, preparing for a chance to escape.

          Two identical men approached his cell. There was a distinction in their features- a scar on one man's right cheek, and the same scar on the other one's left cheek.

          "On your feet!" the left scared twin ordered.

          Su looked at them a long moment.

          Xamont leveled a gun. "I said up!"

          Su complied.

          They ushered him along. Soon the disturbance Su felt in his bones became apparent. Men were expeditiously removing themselves from the building.

          He saw a Power Ranger down in the arena battling a mutant rhinoceros-man and a warthog-man. The spectators, however, seemed more interested in leaving than watching the fight.

          Su saw his opportunity and made his move.

          The twins were foolishly overconfident to escort him unbounded. With Kung Fu quickness, Su went for the gun that Tomax was leisurely pointing at him. He was able to knock it out of his hand, but Xamont was on him,

          To Su's surprise, the other man didn't pull his gun. Instead he punched at him with trained discipline. Su was too quick to suffer a blow and backed away checking the position of Tomax.

          The first twin let his gun lay where it fell and prepared to fight.

          "This one is feisty." Said Tomax. "We can't injure him too badly or he'll be..."

          Xamont finished his brother's sentence. "... less valueable."

          Obviously, they figured double teaming him was assure them victory and still leave their liberated prisoner unbroken. Darting a gaze between the two of them, Su clenched his fists ready to teach them how just how much he intended to be free.

Su is Jet Li's character from the movie Cradle 2 The Grave.

Tomax and Xamont have guns but they decline to use them because they don't want to injure Su too badly.

Does Su (Jet Li) beat these guys and get out of there or do Tomax and Xamont subdue him and take him for their plans?

Okay setup. Su with the skills and impressive moves he pulled off in the film could probably take both of them after a long fight.

Good matchup, leroy, but it's pretty short. 

 

As for the match, the Crimson Twins' mistake here is engaging Su in H2H together. Not only is Su more a bit more skilled than either twin, but each twin also feels the other's pain. I could see Su taking advantage of that to keep one of the twins out of the fight while he takes down the other, making it a one-on-one where Su can win after a decent fight.

Thank you for the comments. I'll admit I wasn't really feeling this set up my darn self, but I wanted to resolve Jet Li's part in the Shadow King's fight club arc. He could use more matches anyway. But it would be an interesting fight for me to write...
