When was that said? and well my quiver is Emma's standard equipment -_- but yeah I do understand what you said.

It was said before the RP opened up, then it was ignored.

Tom, Corvette wouldn't freezing the top of the water on the grass freeze over Emma's and Gigi feet? Not tripping them but making unable to move there legs?

I can't exactly speak for Corvette's intention, but I think he mean the water over the grass where you were standing. So it would create a sheet of ice between there feet and the grass.

I wasn't ignoring them. I allowed her arrows, I just said no magical items that could cause SERIOUS damage.

The two swords? Just two ordinary swords.

The arrows, can cause a little discomfort nothing too big.

I didn't allow Corvette his panther, did I?

I myself am not using my magical weapon.

You never did anything with the archers that I pushed a boulder down the hill at.

Emma fell on her butt she would then grab Gigi hand and pull her down closer to the frozen ground. She would cover Gigi eyes with her hand and close her own eyes as she used her power over light to light the ground. The heat from the light would melt the ice and evaporate the water. Em then stood up and pulling Gigi up as well.

I wanna know how that happens so fast...

Being a daughter of Apollo, she can use light as hot as the sun.

How hot is the light from the sun? 27 million degrees Fahrenheit.

How much heat does it take to melt ice? 32 Fahrenheit.

27 million divided by 32 = eight hundred forty-three thousand seven hundred fifty.

The light is as hot as the sun which is,eight hundred forty-three thousand seven hundred fifty degrees hotter that the temperature Ice melts at.

But thats heat not light.

Going by that logic, it should incarnate not only the ice, but also the ground and everything in the immediate area.

What my point is, is that while light can generate heat, it's not just instantly hot. It heats up over time, and so while it could melt the ice and evaporate the water... it wouldn't do it in one flash of light.
