Max is the lowest of the guys of WIld Force. But Power Rangers are still high street level so he's a contributor. Snakeweed put the turtles through it but team 1 is better equipped to handle him. Especially Yuzuriha. Haven't seen the movie so I don't know is Suko is combat ready but he's still a giant guerrilla so it will take some effort to put him down.

I say team 1. Arch System games are so beautiful.
