This is the best possible draw for Scrooge here. I see him winning.

Samri would be beyond miserly, but I don't think the Christmas Ghosts can reform him. Scrooge has been a greedy miser, but he would never cross the line of actual murder. 

It's a pretty close call, but the fact that Samri wouldn't reform just may give Scrooge the edge here.
