The Creeper is some impressive makeup and prosthetic work to transform the actor into the terrifying creature that he is, so I mean...I'd say him.

Unless someone can dress as a near-perfect replication of a reindeer with a red nose, it feels like a Creeper costume has a pretty big edge here.
