Data has evidence winning and formulating new strategies for games and he has improved in them. Megaman is a massive file but not as creative as Data can be.

Yeah, as a Trekkie myself, even I have trouble arguing for my guy.  EXE might be able to compete, but winning might be out of reach.

Data played chess too against some guy that he had to stalemate. I'll stick with Trek.

That wasn't Chess that was another game called Strategema, but it's probably a moot point just my nerd coming out,

The scene in question. It does speak to Data being able to engage in attrition here and to extrapolate a lot of data from Megaman.exe by stalling him in games where Data knows he cannot win.

I know the scene well, I already conceded that Data most likely wins.

A tough pull especially for one of my favorite variants of Megaman.

Yeah, I probably should have picked a better A.I., he not really suited for these challenges, of course I couldn't have known that.

The sheer size of his file makes him well suited to  the hacking one I think. Plus the suit of armor around the world is probably one he would do well at.

Yeah the hacking one he can do, Navis do that all the time.
