Considering in the Mighty Avengers run when Jocasta got a lot of character development it was really cringe and simping for Hank Pym... I'm going to give it to Robbie. The more robotic tone may not be interesting, but it would perhaps be less cringe worthy than what Jocasta might make.

Jocasta has more experience and familiarity with comic book characters and genres, since she is one herself and has been associated with the Avengers and other superheroes so it should help her in her writing, on top of having more human emotions as well as dry wit. I think she has it.
