Previously: The Silverhawks rescued the Red Space Power Ranger- Andros along with undercover Hawkman- Katar Hal from a transmate site under construction. Krang and the Triceratons were running the operation. Krang was captured.

“This is Commander Stargazer. I want to issue a warning. There seems to be confederate of villains working together out of sight. I’m coining the title ‘Alliance of Evil’.

“We captured one of the conspirators, an Utrom name Krang. Thankfully he’s not very loyal. With little pressure he’s spilling the beans.

Shao Khan of Outworld is deeply involved. Lord Zedd too. The Kryptonian- General Zod has been spotted. The Tameranian princess-Blackfire. These seem to be the highest players although our prisoner doesn’t know for sure if there are others.

“They hired him to build a network of transmats for easy transportation of resources and personnel. Since it was my team of Silverhawks who captured Krang along with the Red Space Power Ranger and a Thanagarian Hawkman, we’ll be taking point on this investigation.”

The Silverhawks first follow up was an operation in the Gamma quadrant of the Milky Way galaxy. Krang had said that the Alliance of Evil was manufacturing weapons on an asteroid thought to be run by The Dominion.

The Dominion or its leaders- the changeling Founders- weren’t reported to be a part of the Alliance of Evil. They could be unwitting contractors. They could be simply working within the parameters of their own empire. Nevertheless, it was a good idea to investigate the operation.

The core five man team was decided upon. Quicksilver, Steelheart, Steelwill, Copperkid and Bluegrass.

The Dominion was cross galaxy rival to the empires of the Milky Way alpha quadrant. The Federation, the Romulan Star Empire, the Klingons all opposed The Dominion for various reasons.

As a neutral police force, the Silverhawks could conduct their business anywhere and had the cooperation of mostly all governments.

The Dominion was not one of them.

Quicksilver decided that the best way to approach the investigation was to confront the Dominion and ask for their cooperation.

A Vorta welcomed them. Coldly, but at least he was willing to talk. More than once, a criminal had fled to Dominion space and the authorities proclaimed that they would deal with the culprit and the Silverhawks were not welcomed.

Quicksilver was honest.

“We’ve got good intelligence that this operation is working for something other than the Dominion.”

The Vorta snarled. “That is preposterous. Our products are for Dominion use alone.”

“Why such a military presence?” Asked Bluegrass. “I see more Jem’Hadar than workers.”

“We experience a lot of trouble here. A stronger military showing is necessary. Where are you getting your information?”

“That’s classified.” Quicksilver answered. “Would you mind if we looked around? Just to ease our suspicions.”

“If it means you’ll go away and leave us to our work then by all means.” The Vorta agreed.

With an escort, the Silverhawks started touring the facility. Everything seemed legit. Even the overpopulation of Jem ‘Hadar was explained as they had suffered pirate raids.

Then it happened. The Jem ‘Hadar soldiers turned on them.

One then two then eight then twenty disruptor rifles were trained on the team.

“So now you decide to make your move.”Quicksilver glared at the closest one. “What made this the right time?”

It was a stall move. The Silverhawks had planned for this. Leaving Bluegrass with the Mirage gave them the tactical ability to send in back up. Copperkid sneakily sent the distress signal that got Bluegrass moving.

He pulled Mirage out of docking just as some secret cannons were about to blow the ship to bits.

Now the base as on alert. The targeted their exterior cannons, a strange feature on a manufacturing facility, but instead of returning fire Bluegrass sent out the Silverhawks’ attack birds. Tallyhawk, Rayzor, May-day, and Stronghold went right to where their masters were.

The Silverhawks were well known throughout the galaxy so the Jem ‘Hedar weren’t surprised to see the cybernatic birds but they weren’t ready to fight them.

The distraction provided, Quicksilver, Steelheart, Steelwill, and Copperkid were able to blast a few enemies with their shoulder lasers. It cleared them a path to make a break for it but they still needed to fight their way out.

Fight Parameters:

The Silverhawks must escape the facility. There are 100 Jem’Hedar solider all over the place trying to stop them.

Nice to see more of the Megastory unfold. I love how big it feels.

That said, I know nothing about Star Trek and from I've seen of the Hadar, I think the SilverHawks could escape. Their ranks might get hurt or killed but at least most of them will get away. They work as a pretty good team.

The Trekkie in me just gets depressed when I see the Jem'Hadar's record: 0 wins.  XD

Unfortunately, that isn't changing with this fight.

From what I can gather on Silverhawks, they regularly battle super powered threats.  The Jem'Hadar will fight to the last man, but they are just out classed here.

Man I thought I was the only one that hated the Jem'Hadar's record. They deserve better.

I actually like their odds here. I think their weapons are strong enough to hurt Silverhawks there's 100 of them around the facility so they can mount up some tactics to catch them in a crossfire or something.
