Current Calendar Man seems to me a tier above Copperhead in terms of planning and execution.

He figures things out before Batman does, and almost occupies a Hannibal type role  being consulted by Batman, in a recent appearance. 

He is a master inventor, and should have no problem putting together a plan that sees him walk away with no problems should he wish.

Copperhead may have the edge in execution but planning a heist Calendar Man has an edge methinks.

Yeah this challenge is literally made for Calendar Man. I don’t see how Copperhead pulls out a win here.
