If the Xiliens are from Final Wars, they have a chance. Kalros was able to defeat a Reaper, and if the Xiliens have all the Kaiju they controlled, those are stronger than Kalros. It would be an interesting match up because no amount of Reaper ground forces would be able to take down a Kaiju, but the Reapers themselves may be able to. King Ghidorah could probably take a lot of Reapers though

Probably, but the Reapers only need to indoctrinate or dragons teeth one kaiju for the tide to turn against the monsters, and reanimating dead kaiju is a thing that has been shown to be an option in the Godzilla universe. Mecha-King Ghidorah, Mecha-Godzilla being prime examples of the body of the monster being turned into a new one. Husked Kaiju definitely create a problem, and since husks form pretty quick all the Reapers have to do is hold the monsters till they start turning a few.

Yeah but to be fair the Reaper Kalros took out was a pretty low ranking Reaper according to some ME source materials. The more advanced Reapers like say Harbinger would have eaten Kalros for breakfast.
